I read this book called Baby Wise and am living by it. It suggests you listen to your babies cues but also be the parent. The schedule should look like this
Eat (every 2.5 to 3 hours)
Awake Time
Sleep Time (This would be about an hour to an hour and a half)
I am being super strict on this because it says babies on this schedule will be sleeping through the night anywhere between week 9 and week 12! (You will find out later that Addie began sleeping through the night at week 7! This is why I totally lived by this book! It paid off!)
