The next day we took a day trip to Charlestown Landing which is a plantation plus a zoo. I know, crazy, huh! Well we lost a couple people due to a 24 hour flu bug that hit our family. Mr. Vilt, Kristen, and Lj all were laid up so the rest of us headed out.
We had a lot of fun getting out and seeing some animals and learning about the history of Charleston.
They loved playing dress up with the clothes they wore back in the day!
We had such a great trip and loved spending quality time with family. Family is everything to me and Edd and I are so thankful that both of our families are so close with one another. We are truly blessed.
