life as we know it: Addie's Baptism

I am a little bit behind in blogging and I'm sorry! I am going to catch up!

Heading back to Addie's baptism on October 13, 2012.
We invited family and close friends and we're super thrilled to see everyone come and support her in the beginning of her faith! Heidi & Bob, Carter & Landon, Mom & Dad, Grandma & Grandpa Grocho, Mr. & Mrs. Vilt, Kristen & her boyfriend Michael, Mike & Lauren, Aunt Theresa & Uncle Tom, and all my cousins from my mom's side came! I was so excited to see everyone!

Mr. & Mrs. Vilt made a weekend out of the trip and headed down Friday night and stayed till Monday! It was great to watch them with Addie.

I was very unsure of how Adelynn would handle the ceremony. It was during Saturday night mass which was nice because it's a smaller mass size, and we could all go out to dinner afterwards :)

We hit up the zoo in the morning with Edd's family so Adelynn only napped for about 30 minutes the whole day. I have no idea how she made it through the ceremony. She did so good! She actually wanted to play with the water!!! It was so nice to see her in a fancy dress :) My friend Angie made her a head band that went perfect with her dress.
