9 months old!

I say it every month but man! I can't believe time is flying this fast! I wish we could slow it down just a tad. Addie is in a cute phase right now where she is in to everything and is showing more of her personality as time passes. She has said mama once and says dada all the time :) Standing up while holding onto items is a constant for her. She is the fastest crawler around! Sometimes she will hit a turbo boost and speed across the floor! It is too cute! She has taken a couple steps behind a scooter, but finds that she gets places faster while crawling. She is really starting to interact with other kids (loves her cousins!) but is super rough. I have just been telling her to be gentle and trying to mimic what gentle looks like. Addie also likes to throw things. She doesn't understand that we don't throw things yet, so I have been struggling with disciplining her for that action. I am finding it hard not to laugh at her when she acts out...especially if Edd is around because we look at each other and smile :) Definitely one of my favorite things about having her. Edd and I have so much love for one another and her, its unbelievable. I really have grown to appreciate all that Edd does for our family (not that I didn't before, but it really is on my mind everyday). He is a champ!!!

At her 9 month doctor appointment she weighed 16 lbs. Which is in the 20th percentile for weight. She eats a lot and I feel like I feed her all the time, but she is just a little peanut! She did really good at the doctors office until her shots :( she cried so hard and just wanted me to hold her.

We are officially on formula now. My breast milk supply ran out :( So she had breast milk for about 9.5 months. I was pretty happy about that but could have pumped for another 2 months and she would have been set for the whole year. I didn't know at the time and I actually wanted to be done. I was just over it and wanted some freedom. I stopped pumping at 6 months and had 3.5 months of supply. She actually is drinking more formula than she did breast milk but could also be going through a little growth spurt.

Her schedule now is:

8a or 8:30a: Wake up + 3 tbsp of oatmeal and 4 oz. formula
9a or 9:30a: Nap
10:30a or 11a: Wake up + 1/2 jar of fruit + 1/2 yogurt + puffs
